During these challenging times, it’s more important than ever to maintain your mental health. From decreasing anxiety to promoting emotional health, meditation is a perfect way to stay grounded. Our Clinical Hiring Manager and Resident Meditation Guru, Erin Schepmann, will be leading regular meditation meet-ups to help you calm your nerves and to be your best self.
